As such, the tower was this year awarded for the most iconic building of 2023 by the Brancheorganisatie van Nederlandse Architecten (BNA). It is the city's second tallest building and is located across from the Technical University and against the city center. Upon entering the general hall you will immediately notice the high quality finish and exclusivity.
