The Bunker Tower is a special complex from 2022 and already an icon for Eindhoven. As such, the tower was awarded this year for the most iconic building of 2023 by the Trade Organization of Dutch Architects (BNA). It is the city's second tallest building and is located across from the Technical University and against the city center. Surrounding the complex is a green park with various running, sitting and sports facilities. At restaurant BUNKER you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, lunch or dinner. Upon entering the general hall you will immediately notice the high quality finish and exclusivity. The entrance with mailboxes, “bring me home” boxes where your package can be delivered should you not be home and access to the stairwell and elevators. The hall exudes a raw style through the concrete pillars which refer to the former student complex “The Bunker”.

You entered the building with your phone and with that the elevator is ready for you to go to the right floor. Once you arrive on the floor, you will be guided to your apartment by the motion lighting.

This on the 2nd floor 4-bedroom apartment (approx. 122 m2) is located on the west and has large windows so the apartment is bathed in natural light. Located next to the front door is the meter cupboard. Upon entering the hall, the possibility for a wardrobe and the toilet room with fountain. From the hall access to the spacious living room - kitchen (approx. 65 m2).
